25 Minute Core Workout

This workout is designed to be safe, smart, and effective. It can easily be modified or adapted so that you will get a challenging and pain free core workout. Many options are suggested and shown in the video, but feel free to contact me if you need any help.

Whether you are trying to improve your posture, reduce lower back pain, or tone your waistline- this video will meet your needs.

For optimal results and a balanced, strong core, I suggest doing the workout 2 times a week.
