Pilates & Stretch Flow 1

In this video, I teach a Pilates & Stretch Flow that incorporates many effective and powerful principles from both techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and adaptability. You will move continuously throughout the hour long workout, even when you are resting, modifying as needed, and stretching. This approach is quite challenging, and similar to what you would experience in a live class with me.
