Spinewinder Stretch Series (Hips, Glutes, & Lower Back)
The Spinewinder series is a wonderful way to open up and mobilize your hips, pelvis, lower back, and spine. It is a really effective and worthwhile stretch series on it’s own but is also an excellent, safe warm up for the other more focused or intense stretch videos.
When you purchase the Spinewinder Series, you will get 2 videos at different tempos so that you can adjust the pace or rhythm to your needs. Slower, with deep belly breaths, will help to relax and calm you as well as increase your range of motion or mobility.
If you pick up the pace a little, focusing on activating and harnessing your pilates breath to core connection, it will increase your energy and prepare you for more energetic activities.
